Three years in, no going back
I bought my AC50 in 2023. I wasn't chasing a specific result — I was curious about the machine, and I've used it consistently ever since: most mornings, and often again in the afternoon or evening since I work from home.
The first thing I noticed was my appetite change. Over the next six months I went from 230 lbs to 212 lbs. That same stretch is when I also started lifting weights — but weight training builds muscle, it doesn't explain fat loss, so I don't think the workouts are what moved the scale.
